Finn has begun a journey to implement professional coaching conversations into teachers practice. The aim of this is to support teachers at an individual level that enhances professional growth, helps to overcome a challenge, fosters independence and improves performance. This can play an important role in supporting teachers going through a change project or change within an organisation. Coaching is highly effective because it is individualised and meets the specific needs of each teacher.
